Shipping policy

Perishable Products

We are unable to ship fresh fruit, donuts, pies, or any of our perishable products. Baked goods and fresh produce are available seasonally for local pick up.

Shipping Costs

Your order will be shipped with UPS. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and order weight.

Local Onsite Pickup

Orders may also be picked up during business hours at Carter Mountain Orchard or Chiles Peach Orchard. View our venues

To place a pickup order:

• When viewing your cart, write your desired pickup location and date in the notes section.
• Then, during checkout, select "Pick up" as the delivery method (Carter Mountain is currently listed as the only option)

We'll give you a call if we have any questions about your order. 

Timing

We endeavor to have all online orders ready to pick up within 24 hours or ship within 72 hours. However, during peak seasons and holidays, this can possibly take longer.
